Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing $150k++

Do you like a combination of being on the phone setting appointments and at customer sites quoting, meeting, selling and closing the sale?

Do you want to be selling a big-ticket item in the $25,000 to $1 million dollar range, with the average sale being near $250,0000?

We sell and install commercial roofing all across the greater GTA and Ontario.

We are one of the biggest companies in the industry.

We are looking for a new sales representative.

We would prefer someone with commercial roofing experience, but we will train someone who is willing to work their butt off to be a superstar.

You may have a construction, outside sales, industrial sales or other background. We will train you if you have the personality and desire to be our next top salesperson.

You must:

• Be able to make 30 to 40+ calls daily setting up appointments
• Must be very computer savvy
• Must be able to set up and climb an extension ladder and get on a commercial roof
• You must not be afraid of heights
• You must be personable
• You must be good at math to do quotes
• You must be able to close a sale

You will be using your vehicle during sales calls, and we provide a substantial car and gas allowance.

Once the client wants a quote, you will be required to drive one of our pickup trucks or vans with an extension ladder out to the client’s location and climb up onto the roof to do the quote. You will be provided Working at Heights training as well as training on quoting.

You will then prepare the quote for the client, present it and close the sale.
