Outside Sales - Heavy Equipment Parts

We are a locally owned and operated company established in 2021.  We provide equipment sales, parts, and service for a variety of equipment. Role Overview

Our new Outside Parts Sales Representative is a focused and driven sales professional who will be responsible for promoting wear and spare parts for tracked and wheeled heavy equipment in NS, NB and PEI.

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to and connecting with current and new customers- taking time to learn their business and their needs through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual success.
  • Working both individually and collaboratively with colleagues to support customer needs.
  • Completing expense reports, and sales reports promptly and accurately.
  • Following up on parts quotes, possible opportunities, and past sales.
  • Participating in company provided product training.
  • Attending multiple yearly sales functions within and outside Atlantic Canada.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s license.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience. Minimum 2 years.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tracked and wheeled heavy equipment parts is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Technical and/or mechanical aptitude would be a benefit.
