Job Summary

The Sales Manager plans, and oversees the day-to-day sales management of a diverse sales group, while being actively involved in understanding processes, challenges and being able to manage overall sales objectives and targets. This role will also include; planning and managing sales. 

Qualifications

• Completion of a University Degree or College Diploma in a technical field of study.
• Mechanical and manufacturing knowledge essential
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales management position, with experience creating and managing to marketing strategies. 
• Ability to use and manage the performance of a CRM within a diverse sales group. 
• Excellent leadership and management skills. 
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking.
