Restoration Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager in the Burnaby, BC area.

Salary: $70,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Full Time – Monday to Friday

Our Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the restoration, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years Restoration Industry Experience
• Background in sales
• Familiar with Xactanalysis, Xactimate, and Contractor Connection
• Is self-motivated
• Is organized, but flexible.
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Mandarin (preferred)
