Manager - Emergency Property Restoration

We are a well reputed business and have been in the property damage restoration industry in Canada for around 4 decades, providing trusted and expert services for water, fire, mold and storm damage.

We are currently looking for a Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our Emergency Department.

WHAT are we looking for?

- You must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the restoration, construction industry

- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

- Preferably certified in restoration (IICRC)

- Valid driver's license

- Willing to work onsite / in office (M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM) and on-call for emergencies

 

WHAT will you be doing?

- Lead the emergency department, ensure deployment of resources are timely and effective, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction in property emergency situations

- Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders within the team and business to ensure excellent customer service

- Build and manage the team, assess competencies, check and close operational gaps

- Manage the budget and identify potential risks and issues, in coordination with other managers

- Be the point of contact for customer in escalation situations and assist onsite when required
