Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking to fill our Mississauga office with experienced  Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists who have experience performing full-cycle recruitment. The ideal Recruiter will be directly dealing with our clients and looking to place candidates in various healthcare roles.  The ideal person will be developing strategies and  communications which will aid in attracting new talent for our clients.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Attracting professionals in  the healthcare industry
  • Daily communication with clients on applicant searching progress
  • Using resume bank and social media search engines
  • Pre-screening applicants and verifying qualifications
  • Reviewing client contracts
  • Resume screening
  • Posting jobs to various boards

 

Qualification:

  • 2 years minimum talent acquisition experience
  • Ability to successfully recruit at a high volume
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Critical thinker and ability to make sound decisions
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good command of the English language
